Q: How to create an account?

 A: Click the Register link at the top right of the main site. You will be asked to enter your email address and create password. It is also required to review and agree to Terms and Conditions before registering to the platform.

Q: How do I log in?

A: Click the Sign in at the top right of the welcome page. You will be asked to enter your email address and  password.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it? 

A: Visit the Forgot Password page to retrieve your log in information. 

For security reasons, the instructions to reset the password will be sent to your email. If you do not receive this email within a few hours/minutes, please contact Technical Support.

Q: How do I change my login email address or password?

A: To change your login email address or password go to Settings > Account Settings.

You can also change the name and language of the website there.
